I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this restaurant before! My husband and I have come here many times after beach days or beach volleyball tournaments. I’d have to say these are probably the best wings in the area! The wings are big and meaty and I always order them extra crispy so they come out with a nice crispy skin. I love the sauce selection and the Cajun fries were sent from heaven! The vibe of this place is DIVE but I love it. The servers are friendly and fast and the decor is old Florida dive bar. The price is another huge plus, even the wings are fairly priced despite the increase in chicken prices. The drinks are cheap and there are always specials. I hope this place never closes, it’s certainly a favorite of ours!
Absolutely delicious every time. I like the covered outdoor seating area. The steamed clams with pasta is my go-to. There’s only been one cook and one server/bartender working every time I’ve come in, but they both do a great job, service is friendly and fast, food and drinks come out very quickly. Great portions.
Wonderful place, good service, excellent food great atmosphere and it's right across the street from the beach. Definitely recommend, great vibes and music.
Drinkin at the Drunken Clam is the best, bring your best drinking buddies and get a cold one. Nothing is better than that. Chill atmosphere great service.
We like local places and also what we call dive bars. Loved this place. The service was great and my peel and eat shrimp was some of the best I've ever had. It was a Sunday night and there was live music. Just a great atmosphere. Not your typical tourist place. We felt like we belonged.
Proud to be a neighborhood dive bar & it's great! The Poutine is excellent & I'm a poutine lover, if it's on a menu I get it ! My guy says it's his fav ever! We got a lb of steamed shrimp also. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The beer is nice & cold.
This is another dive bar style bar/ restaurant & a place where a lot of locals hang out. Beer is cold & koozie is provided to keep it cold. The bartender was very friendly & attentive. Burgers & Clams were excellent! Great place to stop in for a drink & some food.
A group of 7 of us came here on a Thursday night. It is a smaller place, but thankfully I was able to get us one of the last tables available at around 530pm. They were busy due to the live band that was playing at 700pm. Let me tell you, the service and food was phenomenal! Their busiest time didn't stop the staff from delivering excellent service. We tried the Cajun Parmesan Garlic, Honey BBQ, Blackened Rubbed, and Salt/Pepper Rubbed Wings. Also the peel and eat shrimp and the food was some of the best we had while all in Florida for a week! The one man band was also awesome. We would come here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the excellent service, food, and the memories!
